Hola! 

In August we had our summer program! This year our theme was Mexican Fiesta♡

We had 3 busy days of fun, fun and more fun!!

We sang Spanish songs and enjoyed dances such as the Mexican Hat Dance and the Chocolate Dance♪

We played games such as Pin The Tail On The Burro, Cactus Ring Toss and Pass The Sombrero.

We had lesson times and learned about famous places, events and food in Mexico, and learned some Spanish greetings and phrases.

We made our own maracas, our very own original poncho and even made a colorful pinata to take home.

We had a cooking class and made Quesadillas, Guacamole and Sombrero Ice cream Cones.

On the last day we had a Mexican buffet with lots of yummy spicy food, watched a Mexican movie, and then got lots of Mexican presents.

It was such a fun event, and we look forward to seeing everyone at our Winter Program:)
